Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because of the nature of our products, refunds are only available for defective or faulty items.

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us at Horihumor@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To process your refund, we may require proof of the defect (such as clear photos or a return of the item).

  • Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or general dissatisfaction with the product.

  • Exchanges may be offered at our discretion, but only for defective products.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
