Shipping policy

We pack and ship orders Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9am–2.30pm AEST (excluding public holidays). Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed.

You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order is on the way. During busy times (like big sales), shipping might take a little longer, thanks for your patience while we get your order out to you.
